Mary "Mimi" Coffenberg

With over 30 years experience as Broker/Owner and Broker/Salesperson in Monmouth County, Mimi has successfully marketed more than 3000 properties representing both buyers and sellers. Her extensive knowledge of the communities and their property values together with her expert negotiating skills make her service invaluable. Mimi believes that communication is key to a smooth real estate transaction and keeps everyone informed each step of the way. By getting to know her clients and what they want and need she is able to offer them the "personal service" she is widely known for.
A graduate of Catholic University, Mimi's background in Social Work and Teaching prepared her to practice real estate with high professional standards. She has continued to hone her skills throughout her career. In addition to her Broker's License she has earned the prestigious designations of the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Leadership Training Graduate (LTG). She is E-certified and has been designated a Fine Home Specialist for successfully marketing high-end properties. She has earned numerous awards for outstanding sales achievements and is a Certified Toastmaster.
Proud of her Realtor affiliation, Mimi has devoted much time and energy to the Realtor organization. She is Past President of the Monmouth County Association of Realtors and the New Jersey Women's Council of Realtors. She was honored as Realtor of the Year for her volunteer efforts on behalf of the organization. She has also worked hard for her community chairing a fund raising for the Women's Center and working with Clean Ocean Action to keep our shoreline beautiful. Currently she serves on the Board of Trustees of the Monmouth Conservatory of Music, a non-profit school dedicated to teaching classical music to students of all ages and performing concerts open to the public.
Mimi loves Monmouth County and although she has traveled widely would never live anyplace else. "We have so much natural beauty and so much diversity, selling real estate here is a joy. From the highest point on the East coast with its splendid views to our vast ocean beaches to our pastoral horse farms, Monmouth County has it all. Friendly people and lots to do. And all within commuting distance to the greatest city in the world. Where else would you live?" (Her Quote)
A resident of Monmouth County for over 30 years Mimi lives in Shrewsbury. In her free time she can be found "working out" in the gym, practicing yoga or attempting to master ballroom dancing.
