Paul Rotondi

Paul is a native “New Yorker” and a Licensed Professional Geologist, who has many years of experience with land use and environmental issues as they pertain to residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
A newly minted agent, Paul has been living in New Jersey for over 20 years, and has a keen understanding of the nuances of real estate, including construction, local zoning/land use, planning, environmental, and other potential issues that may arise with single, multi-family, or commercial units. He has also been involved personally with subdivision approvals, and presently serves on the Lambertville Planning and Municipal Utility Authority (MUA) Boards. During his tenure in the engineering/environmental field, he has developed a long list of contacts and relationships with individuals in the technical and legal professionals, as well as contractors who can assist both seller and buyer in terms of pitfalls and potential issues to remedy, correct or improve upon.
He lives on the Delaware River in Lambertville, New Jersey, in a restored and renovated c.1780 historical home that was originally abandoned. In his spare time, he enjoys taking care of his animals, cycling, hanging out at the gym, classic rock-and-roll (and Sinatra), and yoga. He especially enjoys gardening and landscaping/hardscaping around his hillside property in Lambertville. Paul worked his way through college as an ocean lifeguard on Long Island, NY (Beach, NOT Shore), and has bachelor’s degrees in Geology and Geochemistry, a Master’s Degree in Geology and an MBA.
Although new as a real estate agent, his experience, expertise, overall knowledge, and professional contacts will be an asset to both buyers and sellers alike. I look forward to meeting you personally and helping you with your sale or purchase.
Competent, Caring, Community Minded.
